Balushahi Is A Famous North Indian Sweet. In South India, The Same Sweet Is Called As Balusha Or Badhusha. The Outside Is Crisp And The Inside Is Soft And Slightly Flaky. Balusha Can Be Made During Festivals Like Diwali Or For Any Celebrator Occasion. Balushahi Are Also Called As Indian Doughnuts. But The Taste And Texture Of Balushahi Is Way Different From Doughnuts. While A Doughnut Has A Light And Fluffy Texture, Balushahi Is Not Fluffy. It Has A Soft And Slight Flaky Texture. A Doughnut Has A Soft Texture From Outside, Where Has A Balushahi Has A Crisp Texture From Outside. Balushahi Is A Mughlai Dish And Was A Popular Dish In The Kitchens Of Moghul Emperors.
